A tour of Business Settings: business and invoice details, messages, payments, Xero, technicians, diary settings and your website.

Business Settings is the hub for how your workshop runs: the details on your paperwork, how messages are sent, how you take payment, and how the diary is set up. It's only available to workshop admins.
The tabs
Most of the one-time setup lives here, so it's worth a visit early on.

| Business | Company name, company number, VAT registration number, address, phone, email, logo and brand colour. Invoice defaults: VAT rate, payment terms, bank details and extra notes. |
| Messages | Your SMS sender name and email settings. |
| Payments | Connect your Stripe account for card payment links. |
| Xero | Connect Xero, set your sales account and tax type, import customers and check sync status. |
| Technicians | Add, edit and deactivate technicians. |
| Diary Settings | Open and close times, working days, slot length, default job length and bays. |
| Website | Your garage website with online booking. |
Where your details show up
Your business details, logo and brand colour appear on invoices. Your garage website also uses your logo, colour, phone, email, address and opening hours from here and from Diary Settings, so keeping them up to date keeps everything consistent.
