Invoicing in Mechanics Hub is built from the work you already recorded. The job sheet already holds the customer, vehicle, parts and labour, so the invoice does not need rebuilding from scratch.

What you get on an invoice

Invoices are branded PDFs with your workshop details. Lines can come from the job sheet and from your stock so quantities and prices stay consistent, and you can add manual lines for one-off work.

Sending and getting paid

Does the customer see my cost or profit?

No. Internal cost and profit are for your reporting only. The invoice and the printed job sheet show the customer just what they are paying for.
