A digital vehicle health check turns an inspection into a clear report the customer can understand. Each item is marked Pass, Advisory or Fail, with notes and photos where something needs explaining.
Doing a health check
Open Health Checks → New Health Check on a phone or tablet in the bay. Look up the vehicle by registration, then work through the checklist.
- Mark each item Pass, Advisory or Fail.
- Add notes and photos to any section where it helps.
- Flag urgent faults so they stand out.
Reports and faults
Finished checks are saved under Health Checks → Reports, where you can view, print or export them to PDF.
Reported faults are listed under Health Checks → Faults, so problems you've found don't get forgotten.
Use your own health check sheet
Health checks work straight away with the built-in checklist. On a paid plan you can upload your own sheet under Health Checks → Upload Health Check, so the checklist matches the one your team already uses.
