Scheduling jobs in the diary
Set your hours, slots and bays, plan the week in the workshop diary, filter jobs by technician, and accept online booking requests straight into the diary.

The diary keeps your week planned. Schedule jobs against dates and slots so you can see what's coming in and nothing falls through the cracks.
Set your capacity first
In Business Settings, open the Diary Settings tab and set your open and close times, working days, slot length, default job length and number of bays. Keep these up to date so the diary reflects your real capacity.
Booking and viewing jobs
Book jobs from Jobs and they appear in the Diary. The Dashboard shows what's in today and what's coming up, so the counter always knows the plan.
On Jobs you can filter by technician to see one person's work. It shows all technicians by default.
Online booking requests
If your garage website is live, booking requests from customers appear under Jobs → Online Bookings. Accept a request to put it in your diary, or decline it. The customer is emailed either way.

Where do I set my opening hours and slots?
Business Settings → Diary Settings. Set open and close times, working days, slot length, default job length and how many bays you have. The diary and your website's opening hours use these.
How do I show which technician is on a job?
Add your technicians in Business Settings → Technicians, then assign them to jobs. Their initials and colour show against their work.
