A health check is most useful when the customer actually sees it. Mechanics Hub gives you a clean report you can print or send as a PDF.
Print or send the report
Open Health Checks → Reports and choose the check. Use View / Print full check to print it for the counter, or export it to PDF to send by email or WhatsApp.
- Print it to go through it with the customer at the counter.
- Export a PDF to send when they're not there.
- The report stays saved, so you can show it again when they come back.
Turn findings into approved work
When a check finds work that needs doing, add it to the job sheet and send the customer an approval link. They see the work and the price and can approve or decline from their phone. The link works once and expires after 72 hours.

No. The customer portal shows their vehicles, jobs and invoices. Share health checks by printing them or sending the PDF.
