Adding and managing technicians
In Team Settings you can add each technician with their name, initials and a colour. The initials and colour are what show against their jobs in the diary, so you can see at a glance who is working on what.
You can edit a technician's details at any time, or mark one inactive when they leave the team. How many technicians you can add depends on your plan.
FAQ
Do technicians get their own login?
No. Technicians are records you add so you can assign work to them in the diary and on job sheets. They are not separate user accounts, so there is nothing for them to sign in to.
Can I assign a job to a technician?
Yes. Once a technician is on your list, you can put their name against a job so it is clear who is handling each vehicle.
