Adding your technicians
Add your technicians with initials and a colour so the diary shows who is on each job. On the Workshop plan you can add as many as you need.

Add the people who work in your garage as technicians, so every job shows who is on it.
Adding and managing technicians
Open Technicians from the sidebar (it's also the Technicians tab in Business Settings). Add each person with their full name and, optionally, initials and a colour. The initials and colour show against their jobs, so you can see at a glance who is working on what.
You can edit a technician at any time, or mark them inactive when they leave. The Workshop plan has no limit on technicians.
Assigning work
Once a technician is on your list, choose them on a job. On the Jobs page you can filter to one technician's work, or show all technicians.
FAQ
Do technicians get their own login?
No. Technicians are names you assign work to in the diary and on jobs. They are not user accounts, so there's nothing for them to sign in to.
Is there a limit on technicians?
Not on the Workshop plan. Add as many as you need.
