No. There's no big migration to get through first. Most garages just start with the next job that rolls in: type the reg, the vehicle details fill themselves, add the customer's number and you're away. Your history builds as you work.

Nothing to install. It runs in the web browser on whatever you've got: the office PC, a laptop, your phone or a tablet out in the bay. Everything syncs live, so what you book at the counter is on your phone by the time you've walked to the car.

Yes. Type the plate and you get DVLA vehicle details and MOT history where available. Those normal VRN lookups are included. Separate full vehicle history checks, such as finance and write-off checks, are bought only when you need them.

No. Every morning the system checks for MOTs and services coming due and queues the reminders for you. Email reminders are unlimited on paid plans; SMS reminders come out of your monthly bundle. The free trial is email-only.

Yes. Every workshop's data is walled off from every other at the database level, not just hidden on the screen. It's EU-hosted, encrypted and backed up. And it stays yours: cancel and nothing's deleted, just ask and we export your customers, vehicles, jobs and invoices.

Yes. Health-check sheets and job cards print clean on A4 with your logo and details, and invoices are proper VAT PDFs with your branding, bank details and payment terms. Hand it over, get a signature, done.

Yes. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to your bank and never through us. Your customer can pay right from the invoice you send them.

Yes. Invoices sync across to Xero with the invoice number kept as the reference, so they line up against your bank feed and nobody's rekeying numbers at year end.

Yes. Red, amber and green health checks with photos straight off your phone, so the customer can see the worn pads or the split boot for themselves. Send it to them or print it on A4 with your logo.

Yes. Hold your common parts with prices, and when you add one to an invoice it comes off the stock count on its own. No separate spreadsheet to keep up to date.

It can, as an optional add-on. The AI receptionist picks up when you can't, answers the usual questions, books jobs straight into the same diary, and takes a message with a callback when it's something only you can deal with. Switch it on only if you want it.
